This warranty is applicable for a period of 6 month from the date of purchase.
Warrannty is not applicable for Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids and exposure to rain/water of the Product.
Damage caused to plastic components in product Damage caused due to fainting/loss/removal of any colour or printed matter from any part of the Product and aesthetic look of the Product
Damages caused to any part of the Product such as zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining, leather trimmings, net mesh any other fabric
The Company reserves the right to repair or replace the defective Product at its own discretion and decision of the Company shall be final and binding on the customer. In case of replacement, the defective Product shall be replaced with a fresh Product of same or equivalent model at the discretion of the Company and the date of warranty on such fresh Product shall start from the date of purchase of the Product from the Company and not from the date of delivery of the fresh Product.
In case, if the Company agrees to give the replacement to the Customer, the Customer shall be required to deliver the defective Product at its own cost, at the time of receipt of replacement in lieu of the defective Product.
In the interest of the customers, the Company keeps on changing the specifications of the Products. In case, spares for any Products are not available then the Company may at its discretion, offer an equivalent model to the customer at discounted price, in lieu of the defective Product
The Company's liability for any damages shall be restricted only to the extent of repair/replacement of the defective Product and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid by the customer to the Company for the damaged Product.
Any disputes arising out of the applicability/usage of this Warranty Terms and conditions shall be subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
